Mission Statements
Our mission at TLC is to provide a safe and secure environment to actively develop the children self-confidence, creative and free-thinking minds. We strive to teach compassion and care for each other, love of education, power of knowledge and above all nurture each student individuality and imagination.
Vision Statement
Our preschool staff at TLC will provide students with a broad range of educational opportunities to promote an early start in mastering English in preparation for school. We will strive to develop skills and provide opportunities which will enrich each child's social, emotional, physical, cognitive, intellectual, and creative abilities.
Tuition
Our school is eligible for the `free education and childcare services subsidy` starting on October 1st, 2019. The subsidy is provided to all households that comply with the state requirements.
Under the program, preschool education will be free up to 37,000 yen/month for all children between the ages of 3 to 5. Day care services will also be free up to 42,000 yen/month for children the ages of 0 to 2 from low-income households.
The amount will be different depending on each individual case. If you are interested in enrolling to TLC Kids Club, please contact us for further information.
